Sometimes it helps to set the bar really low

Things I did today:

🏅brushed my teeth

🏅went to work (full time job with benefits, including dental; nbd)

🏅ate a meal comprised of multiple  food groups (x2)

🏅have a bank account

🏅dressed appropriately for the weather

🏅thought about exercising (it’s only 1pm; I might still do it)
